1 Estimate the government fee

Every document type has a government stamp duty set by the Punjab Stamp Act. Start by seeing what yours will cost — it's free and instant.
Do this: open the calculator, pick your document type, and enter the value if asked (for property, use the DC value). You'll see the exact fee with its legal source.

3 Fill your details & attach papers

Enter the names, CNICs, address and the document-specific details. Then attach photos of your supporting papers.
Have these ready:
CNIC of every party — both sides / شناختی کارڈ (دونوں طرف)
Ownership paper / fard (for property) / ملکیتی کاغذ
Any earlier agreement or old deed / پرانا معاہدہ
⚠️ Check every CNIC and name carefully — they must match the papers exactly. The e-Stamp is issued against these details.
💡 The form checks your entries as you go (e.g. CNIC format) and shows a red note if something needs fixing.
4 Get your reference code & track

After you submit, you get a short reference code (e.g. ABC12345). Keep it — it's how you check progress and how the counter finds you.
Track anytime: enter your reference on the tracker to see one of four stages — Received → Draft ready → Paid → e-Stamp done.

💡 The tracker never shows personal information — only the stage of your document, so it's safe to open anywhere.
5 Pay the service fee
سروس فیس ادا کریں
Once your draft is prepared, you pay Waseeqa's service fee — for drafting and formatting your document correctly. This is separate from the government duty.
How you pay: at the counter (cash / Easypaisa / JazzCash / bank) or an online link if provided. The office confirms it, and your document unlocks (the DRAFT watermark is removed).
⚠️ Until the service fee is confirmed, every copy is stamped DRAFT and must not be used. That's normal — it clears the moment payment is recorded.
💡 The government duty is not paid to Waseeqa. You pay it directly to the Government of Punjab in the next step.
6 Get your e-Stamp on the Punjab portal

The government e-Stamp is issued on the official Punjab e-Stamping portal. Waseeqa gives you a "portal pack" with all the values you need to enter.
⚠️ Only use the official es.punjab.gov.pk site for the government payment. Waseeqa never asks for your card or bank details.
7 Print on the e-Stamp & verify

Print the clean document Waseeqa prepared onto your e-Stamp paper, get it signed by the parties and witnesses, and you're done.
Anyone can verify it: each document carries a short verification code and a QR. A court, landlord or buyer can confirm it was genuinely issued — without seeing any private data.

Is Waseeqa a law firm?
No. Waseeqa is a document-preparation service. It drafts and formats documents and guides you through the official e-Stamping process. Government duty is always paid by you directly to the Government of Punjab.
What's the difference between the government duty and the service fee?
The government duty (stamp duty) is set by law and paid to the government on es.punjab.gov.pk. The service fee is Waseeqa's charge for preparing your document. They are shown separately and paid separately.
Why does my document say "DRAFT"?
A DRAFT watermark means either the service fee isn't confirmed yet, or the template is still awaiting final legal approval. Once both are cleared, you get a clean copy to print.
I lost my reference code.
Contact the counter/office where you started — they can find your submission by your CNIC or phone number.
Which document is cheapest to try?
An Affidavit has the lowest fixed government duty (Rs 300 in Punjab), so it's the least-cost way to see the whole process end to end.
